Pipeline Stage 4: Voiceover
Learn how to generate AI narration for your script, choose a neural voice, or clone your own before the Production stage.
Choosing a Voice
The Voiceover stage opens with a voice selector backed by the neural voice library. Each voice has a sample you can listen to before selecting, and they vary in gender and tonal character (warm, calm, bright, crisp, gravelly). If you have pinned a default voice on the channel, it will be pre-selected here.
Cloning Your Own Voice
You are not limited to the library. Clone a voice from a short audio sample — upload a file or record directly in the browser — or describe the voice you want in words and have one designed for you. Cloning requires your explicit consent to use the sample, and you can keep up to 5 custom voices on your account (delete one to make room for another). Custom voices appear in the same selector as the library and work across all your projects.
Generating Audio
Click "Generate Voiceover" to synthesise narration for the entire approved script. A voiceover take is the single biggest line item in a project at 90 credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Generated audio is saved as MP3 inside your project and can be downloaded at any time.
