• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, including deepfakes designed to deceive about a private act.
• Content that incites violence against a specific person or group, or that impersonates a real person to defraud their audience.
• Disinformation engineered to manipulate elections, public health, or financial markets.
• Material protected by someone else’s copyright, used without permission, on a scale that crosses fair use.
• Automated bulk production of low-effort content engineered to game a platform’s recommendation system at the expense of viewers.

Most enforcement happens upstream — our image, video, and voice providers refuse content that violates their policies, and you’ll see the failure pre-render with an automatic refund. If we find a project that violates this policy after the fact, we may remove the content, terminate the project, or suspend the account, with as much notice as the situation allows.
