Do credits expire?
No. Buy them, use them whenever — next week, next year. We don’t pull the rug.
What happens if a render fails?
You don’t pay for failed jobs. The credit refund hits your balance the moment the job marks failed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of purchase, if you haven’t used the credits. Just email us. Card refunds go back to the original card; crypto refunds settle to the wallet you paid from.
How do I pay with crypto?
Pick a pack, choose Crypto at checkout, scan the QR for BTC · ETH · SOL · BSC · TRON. We credit you once the payment confirms: BTC after 1 confirmation; ETH, BSC and TRON within minutes once their required confirmations land; SOL once the transaction finalizes.
