Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VidFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Use a strong password.

Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use you didn't report.

Credits & billing

The Service is pay-as-you-go via credit packs. Credits don't expire. Refunds for unused credits are processed within 30 days of purchase if requested.

Crypto payments (BTC, ETH, SOL, BSC, TRON) settle on-chain. Once a transaction confirms, credits are granted automatically.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service to create video content within applicable laws. You may not generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.

No CSAM, no impersonation of real people without consent, no incitement of violence, no spam, no scraping the Service or models we license.

Content & ownership

You own all content you create using the Service. VidFlow takes no ownership in your scripts, generated visuals, or final renders.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve Your Content as needed to operate the Service. The license ends when you delete the content.

Third-party services

The Service uses third parties for compute, payment, voice synthesis, and email. Their terms also apply when their services are invoked on your behalf.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after notice.

On termination: unused credits refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Data is retained 30 days post-deletion to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee outputs match expectations or are error-free.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes resolve in the courts of Lisbon.
