VidFlow’s refund model is engineered into the product itself: every run reserves credits up front and settles only what it actually spent. The plain-language rules:

• Unspent reserve. If a run ends early — you cancel, it stalls, or an upstream provider fails — the unspent portion of the reserve is automatically refunded to your balance as the run terminates, with an itemized receipt.
• Failed work isn’t charged. If a specific output fails (a shot, a thumbnail), the credits for that output are refunded automatically and the failure is logged. You only ever pay for work that successfully landed.
• Credit packs. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been spent. If you purchased a pack and haven’t spent any of its credits, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
• Subscription credits. Subscription monthly credits don’t expire while your subscription is active. They aren’t refunded on cancellation, but you retain access until the period ends.
• Stuck somewhere? Email us. If something charged you that shouldn’t have, we’ll fix it.
