Managing Your Subscription
Switch plans, update payment, or cancel — all through the billing portal — and understand what happens to your credits.
Plans Are Optional
VidFlow works pay-as-you-go: you can buy one-off credit packs without any subscription. A subscription simply adds a monthly grant of credits and a higher active-project limit. Starter, Pro, and Enterprise each drop a fixed batch of credits into your balance every month while the plan is active.
Switching or Cancelling
Go to Settings → Subscription and open the billing portal to manage everything in one place — switch tiers, update your card, or cancel. The portal is hosted by our payment provider, Stripe, so your card details stay with them. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops back to the free plan.
What Happens to Your Credits
Credits you have already received are yours to keep. Monthly credits granted while you were subscribed are not clawed back when you cancel, and credits never expire — so anything in your balance stays there. After a cancellation takes effect you stop receiving the monthly grant and your active-project limit returns to the free-plan allowance of two.
